“The only thing I wish I knew before earning my A+ Certification is how much studying was required. I did not take classes of any kind for this certification. I studied on my own time while working at a PetSmart as a Lead Specialist in Sales. I bought books and studied with a friend for a few months. But it was very much worth the effort I gave it. I actually was able to put my knowledge to use as an unofficial Medicaid Billing Team IT guy. The Patient Financial Services IT Supervisor also helped me learn about how the Florida Hospital home-grown systems worked.”
